Our Staff

Highrock North Shore belongs to the Highrock Network, a family of multi-ethnic, multi-generational churches across Greater Boston. Sister congregations include Highrock Acton, Arlington, Brookline, Cambridge, Haverhill, Lexington, Malden, Metrowest, and Quincy.

Our staff collaborates with leaders across the network to share resources, vision, and encouragement.

The pastoral team at Highrock North Shore brings a shared commitment to loving Jesus and serving the Salem community. Through thoughtful teaching from Scripture, the congregation is guided in spiritual formation and encouraged to grow in faith. The pastors work alongside one another, offering grounded, pastoral leadership that helps shape the life of the church. Whether preaching through books of the Bible or walking alongside individuals in their spiritual journeys, the leadership team seeks to create an environment where people can encounter God and be transformed by His love. Their ministry reflects a heart for celebrating life together.

Community connection is at the heart of what Highrock North Shore is about. Through lifegroups, prayer ministry, and various gatherings, members are invited to plug in and build meaningful relationships. The church values ethnic and generational diversity, seeing it as a reflection of the kingdom of heaven. Opportunities to serve extend beyond Sunday worship, including food pantry work, international outreach, and neighborhood engagement. These ministries help people find their place in the body of Christ while making a tangible difference in Salem and across the North Shore. Everyone is encouraged to discover their gifts and use them for the common good.
