Today we want to share an important change regarding the future of the Highrock Network and our shared life together. Nothing is changing immediately, but we want to share the direction we are discerning for the future.
Join us for this 3 hour event, 9am-noon on Saturday, April 30th. We aim to help prospective families hear from current families, DCF social workers, and local church leaders on the current needs and also feel empowered to take next steps if that’s where God is leading them. It WILL have a “faith-informed” angle.
Our community is filled with vulnerable children and families who need support in a variety of ways. Children and teens especially need foster and adoptive families willing to provide them with a temporary or permanent family. SO, let's pray that God would raise up more families from the local Christian community and even from our church. The Fostering Hope Merrimack Valley network of churches is praying that God will raise up 20 new foster families in 2022. If you'd like to learn more about the needs of vulnerable children impacted by foster care and how we can support them, we really encourage you to attend the Foster Care and Adoption Seminar being held at West Church in Haverhill on Saturday, April 30th beginning at 9 AM.
