Come and reconnect with creation, community, yourself, and God at the Highrock Jubilee, Oct. 25-27th! We’ll gather at scenic Waterville Valley Resort in New Hampshire for a weekend of feasting and fire pits, rest and reflection, fun and worship, games, and overall good times.
ABOUT THE WEEKEND
You can arrive as early as 4pm on Friday, Oct. 25, and we'll be checking out and heading home on Sunday, Oct. 27th around 2pm. We'll have a few all-church sessions with plenty of time for rest and play built in throughout the weekend.
We'll be staying in the Waterville Valley Resort Condos. When you register, you'll have the option to book your own condo, stay with another family (obviously a bit less expensive), or stay with a group of adults.
The lodging price per person is $65 for the weekend, with a family maximum price of $300 per family. This is NOT inclusive of food. You can add food on to your registration price if you should so choose (details below).
There is no charge for children young enough to sleep in a pack-in-play, but please bring your own. Cribs are not included in the Condo.
If your family has 3 OR MORE dependents, please scroll to the bottom of this page for specific registration instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: If financial hardship (Adjusted Gross Income of $36,000 a year or less) would preclude you from joining, please email Pastor Aaron. Scholarship are available. If money is the only issue, it's not an issue. We'll figure something out.) Email Eva if you have any questions on pricing or how the accommodations will work.
We have reserved 6 spots for those who would like to come for free! All we ask is that you would be willing to help with Kidsrock during 2 of the 3 worship sessions. All Kidsrock volunteers are or will be CORI checked. Please email Eva (firstname.lastname@example.org) to inquire about those spots, or check that you're interested in your registration form!
You're welcome to opt in or out of the food options we've provided! Choose during registration. Here are the three options:
1. You can pay extra for us to provide food for your condo (but realistically, because of cost efficiencies, this will be cheaper than if you do your own thing)
2. You are welcome to bring your own food, since the condos are equipped with kitchens.
3. There are 8 restaurants on-site, so you can choose to eat out!
Whether you're interested in mountain biking, campfires, solitude with or without a book and cup of coffee, hiking, swimming, iceskating, playing games with new and old friends, time of worship and connection outside of the normal day to day, this weekend is designed for you. Included in the cost of registration is Waterville Valley's "Freedom Pass" which grants us entry into a lot of activities. Read more about all Waterville Valley offers here!
FOR FAMILIES WITH 3 or MORE DEPENDENTS: When you register, register yourself as the principal registrant, THEN select "select this option for all OTHER members in your family of 5 or more people." (We don't want to charge your twice!)
