Beauty Will Save (Mark 14:12-26)

As humans made in God’s image, we are designed to delight in beauty, just like God does. We desire it, we admire it, we recognize it when we see it. We have an innate instinct to respond to it. Beauty can confront apathy and strengthen courage. It can give us vision to imagine hope, and can warn us of the consequences should we just blithely maintain the status quo.
